Shipping Policy:

1) On-Demand/Flexi Delivery:

a) If you choose on-demand delivery, your order will be delivered after it has been processed and completed at any time from 8 am to 10 pm.(Same day for On-Demand/Next day onwards for Flexi)

b) The delivery fee is as follows:

• The base delivery charge for all orders at www.mrfoodmart.com is RM10 in Sg Petani.

c) Your delivery distance will be calculated from the following online outlets, depending on the postcode you entered:

• MrFoodmart @ Sg Petani

d) It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in the website/mobile app is accurate and complete. MrFoodmart Online will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information.

2) Pick Up @ MrFoodmart:

a) If you opt for in-store pick-up, there are 2 slots to collect your order:

• 8am to 10pm

b) There is no charge for Pick Up @ MrFoodmart.

c) If you select the Pick Up @ MrFoodmart option during checkout, you may self-collect your order at the following outlets:

• MrFoodmart @ Sg Petani 

d) Our pick-up point is located near the Cashier Counter in all our outlets.

e) It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in the website/mobile app is accurate and complete. MrFoodmart Online will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information.
